Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf Balls (once packaging is opened)
  • Golf Base Layers
  • Golf Gloves
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Any items showing signs of wear or use on the course

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll email you to confirm receipt of your returned item
  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Refund Processing Times:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval

Original Shipping Costs: The $12.95 standard shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Exchange Information

  • For size/color exchanges of the same item: We’ll ship the replacement when we receive your return
  • For exchanges to different products: Place a new order and return the original item for a refund

Note: We cannot guarantee exchange item availability, especially during peak golf seasons. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
