At Golf Sale Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium golf equipment and apparel. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Some exceptions apply (see below).
- Golf Balls (for hygiene reasons once packaging is opened)
- Golf Base Layers (for hygiene reasons)
- Golf Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Any items that show signs of wear or have been used on the course
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Times:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your bank)
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after approval
Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee ($12.95 for standard shipping) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. For exchanges to a different product, you’ll need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Note: We cannot guarantee the availability of exchange items, especially during peak golf seasons. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
